Developing a customized strategy for you

A Retained Search is an exclusive partnership between firstPRO and our client for either a single role or for a multi-search project. The Retained Agreement typically involves either all or a portion of the fee paid upon initiation of the search, which allows both firstPRO and our client to be mutually invested.  Retained Search work is prioritized within the firm and receives a team of dedicated recruiters assigned to the project.
