Referral Bonus Program

Our employee referral bonus program is one of the most competitive in the industry. firstPRO recognizes how challenging it is to recruit qualified candidates and strongly believes in rewarding temporary employees who help make that challenge a little easier. If you refer someone to firstPRO, you are eligible to participate in this great program. Referral bonuses range between $25 and $100, depending upon the experience of the referred candidate. Bonuses are paid when your referral has been employed by firstPRO for a minimum of 40-80 hours, depending upon the assignment.
