In-Bound - candidates for this position have strong customer service, are good problem solvers, articulate and can answer questions, take payments and do order entry with efficiency and accuracy. All candidates are evaluated on alpha-numeric keystrokes, spelling and grammar and on our Customer Service Evaluations.
Out-Bound - our temporary employees must have previous telemarketing experience with a proven record of success. The ideal candidates are very articulate, persistent and should be able to produce a high number of contacts each day. All candidates are advised in advance of first and second shift schedules and must be available to work once their schedule has been determined.
