Ace Brinkmann

Ace Brinkmann joined firstPRO as a Sr. Recruiter/Account Manager just before the summer. He graduated from Wheaton College – Norton, MA with a degree Economics, and minor in Business in 2005. He followed family and friends to the Philly area in 2008. Prior to coming to firstPRO, he spent the last 15 years supporting corporate teams with their talent needs as a Recruiter/HR Generalist and Talent Acquisition Manager. He has supported IT teams over the last decade. His focus has been Software Engineers, Programmers/Developers, IT Leaders/Managers, and Business Analysts. He is adept at partnering with hiring managers and candidates alike. He takes pride in helping candidates find their ideal fit while providing hiring teams with strong support to aid them in adding to their human capital.
