Bailee Gunter

Bailee joined the firstPRO team in July of 2022 within the Professional Services Division. Bailee grew up in South Orange, NJ, and attended Penn State for college. After college, Bailee decided that it was time to pursue her master’s in human resources management where she took a class on recruiting and fell in love with it. She feels that as recruiters we are making a huge difference in our candidates’ lives and we really are a confidant to them throughout their job search, and seeing their happiness when they land the job of their dreams is the best reward for her. Bailee looks forward to learning and growing with the Professional Services Division while building lifelong relationships. Some fun facts about Bailee: she loves to hike and be outdoors, she and her fiancé have a Corgi named Theodor, she loves food and trying new restaurants, and can name any dinosaur just by looking at it.
