Lisa Fusco

With over 19 years of experience in Accounting, Finance, and Executive Search Staffing experience, Lisa has a proven track record of building, developing, and leading successful teams in both contract and direct-hire verticals.

When she joined firstPRO in 2018, she was tasked with creating and scaling the first Accounting, Finance and Executive Search practice in Boston. Her industry and operational expertise, visionary thinking and unwavering perseverance have been apparent in every aspect of her execution.

Prior to firstPRO, Lisa established and grew a local recruiting firm’s Contract Accounting & Finance practice from the ground up. She led her team to becoming the organization’s highest-performing group, resulting in two promotions during her seven-year tenure.

In her most recent role as Managing Director, Lisa managed and oversaw the Accounting & Finance (Direct-Hire and Contract), Business Services and Sales & Marketing divisions. She consistently drove and delivered increased business development, insightful go-to-market efforts, and continued process improvement.

Lisa leverages her deeply rooted network, leadership skills, and industry knowledge to expand the firstPRO Accounting & Finance brand. She is dedicated to cultivating invaluable relationships and partnerships across Greater Boston and is passionate about building a team of professionals who share her values and commitment to the search industry.

A transplant from Poland, Ohio, Lisa has lived and worked in Boston since 2004. She graduated from the University of Toledo in 2003 with a Bachelor’s in Communications, and in her free time she enjoys summers on the Cape; spending time with her family/friends and cat Gladys Knight, traveling the globe, playing the piano and cooking.
