Megan brings 6 years recruitment experience to the team, recruiting across multiple industries both locally and abroad. Megan found her feet in recruitment in Dublin, Ireland -where she lived for 10 years! Megan focuses on running a full desk and takes both a consultative and personal approach when working with candidates/clients. She holds her Undergrad and MBA in International Business and is a Delaware native. Megan is passionate about building relationships and outside of her professional life, loves traveling, cooking and being anywhere near the water!
