Thomas Gossard

Tommy Gossard brings over 6 years of Recruiting experience to the table. He started with Global Employment solutions in 2010, recruiting for a wide range of skill sets including IT, Electronics, Light Industrial, Marketing, Accounting, and various Management roles. This job entailed a large amount of in-person interviews with all local candidates.

After a short three-month contract with Market Source, recruiting for Marketing and Sales Reps for Fortune 500 Companies he transitioned to a National Recruiting role with Kineticom. In this role Tommy specialized on Wireless/Telecom roles including, Engineers, Management, Site Acquisition Staff, and Project Support Roles. In this role he became one of the top performers in the Company, achieving 1st place out of 20 National Recruiters for Targets vs. Actual Gross Margin.

After two years with Kineticom Tommy made a change of fields, spending most of the the next 7 years in the Film Industry. He was an Electrical Rigger tasked with Portable Power Distribution and Lighting for large productions including Black Panther, Captain America 3, and Season 2 of Stranger Things. In 2018 Tommy returned to Recruiting, making his start with firstPRO, supporting Boston’s Office for a year and a half. In April of 2022 he started supporting firstPRO’ s Philadelphia office, where he still resides now.
