Jared Kennedy

Jared Kennedy is the Managing Partner for firstPRO Boston leading all operations for both the Accounting & Finance and Information Technology teams. Mr. Kennedy is also instrumental in key executive-level decisions across the entire firstPRO footprint. Jared joined the firstPRO team in 2002 as a Recruiter and has since worked across every functional level of the business including Recruiting, Sales, Talent Acquisition, and Corporate Operations. He has really enjoyed every step along his staffing journey, but recruiting and partnering with great candidates has always been closest to his heart.

Mr. Kennedy also spent 5 years with a National Staffing firm as a Branch Manager, Director of Recruiting, and Division Director in fields from Administrative & Clerical, Light Industrial, and IT – earning President’s Club honors for 4 of those years. Jared’s deep experience across every facet of the business allows him to really focus on the core aspects of our business that most benefit our candidates and client companies while creating a fun environment where our team can really thrive.

When away from the office, Jared enjoys spending time with his wife and dogs, traveling, and competing in professional BBQ competitions – often with award winning results!
