Paul Villena

Paul Villena joined FirstPRO in 2013. He started as a Recruiter in the Philadelphia’s Information Technology Division. Within a few months he quickly became the top producer within his division. Due to his exceptional work ethic and experience, he was chosen to lead FirstPRO’s newest division in Boston, MA starting in March of 2015. He brings 14+ years of experience in the staffing industry including Recruiting, Sales and Management.

Paul received a B.S. in Management from Pepperdine University.
