firstPRO is seeking a qualified technical professional who is adept in the administration and support of Voice and Telecom technologies for a recurring year long contract position based out of Philadelphia, PA. Our client, a large healthcare organization requires this position to be on-site and full time with an expertise in both Cisco VOIP/UCM as well as Nortel PBX products. Telecom Voice Technician – Qualifications

  • A.S. Degree or Higher in Information Technology, Networking, or other Related Subject Matter
  • 5+ Years Experience in an enterprise level environment administrating VOIP systems and phone equipment
  • Experience working in a Hospital Environment desired
  • Administration and Troubleshooting of the following Voice Systems and Technology:
  • Cisco Call Manager and Cisco Unity Connection
  • Nortel Option 11 / CS1000 and Nortel SL100 / CS2100
  • PBX support
  • Wiring standards (punch downs)
  • Certifications in Cisco VOIP or related technologies desired
