IT Support Analyst

firstPRO is seeking a qualified IT Support Specialist for a full-time contract to hire position based out of Wayne, PA. This role focuses on support of internal end users in a large enterprise environment via remote tools and phone support. Health Benefits including Medical, Dental and Vision available by request. IT Support Specialist – Desired Qualifications

  • A.S. Degree or higher in Information Technology or related subject matter
  • At least 4 Years’ Experience providing help desk and desktop support in an enterprise level environment to a large end user base both on and off site
  • Professional experience troubleshooting and administrating Active Directory; Password Resets, Group Policy, End User Creation
  • Experience Troubleshooting Network Devices, IP Printers, Mobile Devices
  • Professional Experience providing application support for Office 365, Outlook, and Exchange
  • CompTIA A+ Certification or Microsoft MCP, MCSE are desired
  • Ability to resolve Network Connectivity issues with smart devices and computers
  • Configuration and deployment of PC Workstations and their imaging of the OS
  • Experience supporting Windows 10 PC workstations and participation in windows migrations
