How you’ll make a difference

You will be accountable for the creation and management of automating
the delivery of software and virtual infrastructure solutions across the SDLC; as well as automating and building pipelines for different software products and infrastructure, consistency with programming standards and best practices for future digital direction while also aligned to business objectives.

What you’ll bring to the role:

  • BA in application development, technology or related field. Equivalent work experience may be considered. Equivalent experience may be considered
  • Minimum of 3 years experience as a software developer, preferably using Microsoft technologies. Minimum of 5 years experience building DevOps automation for infrastructure and applications
  • Demonstrated experience with a variety of technologies, including but not limited to Azure DevOps, Kubernetes, Azure App Insights, Git, SonarQube, ARM or Terraform, Powershell, Containers (Docker), and Azure-CLI. SiteCore experience highly desired
  • Demonstrated experience and success with a variety of automation approaches and tools
  • Strong experience using all aspects of Microsoft Azure’s cloud offerings
  • Demonstrated strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC)
  • Experience working with and managing vendors independently, including offshore partners
  • Ability to partner with complex business functions to understand current and future needs and create clear deliverables
  • Solid understanding, plus application, of various standards, frameworks and methodologies
  • Analytical thinker with experience in qualitative and qualitative analytics
  • Ability to oversee and execute multiple projects, teams, and individuals with a proactive and adaptive mindset
  • Demonstrated ability to anticipate future needed changes or identify problem areas and take effective actions
  • Demonstrated ability to work with both technical and non-technical individuals in a team environment
  • Strong ability to think creatively
  • Experience of working in an agile, dynamic, and customer-centric environment
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in English
