VoC Platform Administrator

How you’ll make a difference

You will be responsible for supporting the operations and maturation of the VoC (Voice of Customer) platform, including partnering closely with key stakeholders to ensure ongoing access and proper data flow for all areas captured within the platform. Develop, maintain, and assure continuous improvement and optimization of the VoC Platform.  

 

What you’ll bring to the role

  • Bachelor's degree in business, math, marketing, or related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in measuring experience across consumer life-cycle
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience measuring strategy development, as well as and overall measurement analysis and reporting
  • Strong experience with VoC measurement technologies; experience with Clarabridge preferred
  • Experience in Voice of Customer/Customer research environments and ability to provide updates to system based on stakeholder feedback
  • Experience managing vendor relationships
  • Solid relationship management skills, with a particular focus on developing strong partnerships
  • Experience of working in an agile, dynamic, and customer-centric environment
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Proficient in English
