Technical Support

The ideal candidate will protect our critical information, systems, and assets, migrate systems as needed, and implement new software and hardware, provide training and internal customer service to remote and onsite employees, and contribute to our overall IT strategy.
Responsibilities:

·         Troubleshooting hardware/software tickets

·         Setting up mac and pc multi-monitor workstations

·         Making key cards for security system

·         Making employee accounts

·         Administration document retention and communication tools

·         Provisioning telephones

·         Troubleshooting and maintaining label printers

·         Setting up and administration of teamviewer, google remote desktop

·         Setting up active directory on mac's and pc's

·         Setting up and managing mdm profiles in apple profile manager

·         POS barcode/qr scanners setting up and configuring

·         Knowledge of android and ios for scanners, tablets, and other devices

·         Running ethernet cabling

·         Basic server maintenance
