Training Coordinator
firstPro is looking for a Training Coordinator on behalf of our client, an enterprise level organization with a strong foothold in the residential construction space. The position is a multi-year recurring full-time contract role that focuses on coordinating a company-wide business technology improvement program. This individual would aid in the scheduling, executing and follow-up of this initiative. This is a hybrid position, requiring a partially remote schedule along with onsite as needed in Blue Bell. The ideal candidate will have excellent oral and written communication skills. The compensation ranges from $40.00 – $45.00 and is based on professional experience. Training Coordinator Role—desired qualifications
- Associates Degree in business, information systems, information technology, or related areas
- 5-7 years of experience in an enterprise level organization, coordinating company-wide initiatives with LMS experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
- Experience in a long-term, cross-divisional project management or coordination role
- Excellent time management skills
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Experience navigating a complex training schedule that balances numerous training events along with office day-to-day
- Experience in creating and maintaining systemic follow-up regarding completion of training by employees
