firstPro is looking for a Project Coordinator for our client, an enterprise level organization with a strong foothold in residential construction space. This is a multi-year recurring full-time position, that is hybrid with being in office located in the Blue Bell area as needed. The role will focus on a company-wide business technology improvement program. The role is responsible for maintaining relationships between different teams, as well as keeping them on track for their respective timelines. Project Coordinator – Desired Qualifications
- Associates degree in a Business, Information Systems, Information Technology, or related subject matter
- 5-7 Years Experience in an enterprise level organization, and prior experience as a project coordinator
- Strong time management and organization skills
- Ability to schedule project meetings and necessary logistical considerations per project plan and/or need.
- Adept written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
