IT Support Analyst
firstPro is looking for a professional to provide advanced technical support for end users, related to a wide variety of technical or usability hardware and software issues for our enterprise level client, with a strong foothold in the medical field. This is a full-time, contract to hire position, located in Doylestown, Pa, with an expectation to be onsite 1-2 days per week. The ideal candidate will come with a wide range of experience working in a structured support department and be knowledgeable in problem triage, analysis and solution development for technological problems. IT Support Analyst—Desired Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years’ experience working in a structured support environment
- Experience with setup, configuration, troubleshooting of desktop/ taptop hardware and software
- Microsoft 365 Administration (Exchange, Teams, Sharepoint)
- Microsoft Office 2010, 2013, 2016, 2019, 365
- Experience with TCP?IP networking and related network services (i.e. DNS< SMTP, DHCP, WINS, etc.)
- Ability to receive and respond to incoming calls, walk-ins, or emails regarding PC or hardware issues
- Experience with Windows OS desktops, laptops, IOS, Android in a networked environment including MDM
- Preferred A+ certification or Microsoft Certification
- Preferred ITIL Foundation
