firstPro is looking for a professional specializing in mobile device support for a contract to hire opportunity with our client, who has a strong foothold in community-based mental health services in the greater Philadelphia area. This is a full-time, contract to hire position that is 100% onsite, with offices located in Philadelphia. The role will focus on providing support and administration for mobile devices related to hardware, software, connectivity, as well as carrier issues. Mobile Device Support Analyst — Desired Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree in computer science or information technology
  • 2+ years of experience required in mobile support, OS and MDM client server
  • 2 + years of experience require in a regulated environment
  • Experience with configuring, managing and supporting mobile devices
  • Experience working Mobile Device Management software
  • Familiarity with cellular carrier’s contracts and processes preferred
  • End user services experience with Windows 7/10 platform
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Must have customer support experience, including support of end-users
  • Demonstrate experience in providing excellent and timely support to configure, customize and troubleshoot operational and unanticipated issues
  • Experience creating reports and follow up with end users, management and third parties as required to ensure compliance
