Product Manager
firstPRO is seeking a qualified Product Manager for our client, a large health organization based out of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The ideal candidate for this role will have a passion for product development, support, and operations. Candidates should have product management experience, preferably in the electronics field. This role is fast paced and is suited for an independent self-starter as they will be the main person responsible for ensuring that products are being thoughtfully developed based on data collected from internal and external sources.

Job Details
- Hybrid (1 – 2 days in office)
- Compensation: $35 – $40/hour
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Type: Contract
Job Responsibilities
- Collect requirements from business stakeholders on new product development needs or iterative changes to existing products
- Assist with overall product roadmap and planning
- Support existing products and meet with manufacturers to drive product feature changes based on customer and internal data analysis
- Manage all operations associated with new and existing products.
- This includes product back-end creation in applicable systems
- Gather and present product data for business with recommended changes or developments
- Experience with managing external vendors
- Ability to analyze data from devices to ensure systems are working as designed
- Product issue management handling with stakeholders from each department and vendors as needed
- Prepare product development plans and provide product development risk and management reports
- Create and maintain documentation for different business units on product features and functionality that can be used for customer consumption and internal training
- Assist with product training and marketing collateral development as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 2-3 years working in a similar role preferred
- Experience working with development teams a plus
- Experience in the electronics industry a plus
- Experience with Microsoft 365 required
- Experience working with offshore manufacturing teams preferred
