IT Contact Center Representative— Desired Qualifications

  • Experience managing inbound customer calls in contact center queue in a timely manner
  • Background with troubleshooting Microsoft Windows desktop and laptop computers
  • Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot printers, scanners, and other peripheral equipment
  • Practice with recognizing, documenting, and escalating trends in customer calls to the management team
  • Understanding of issue resolution using the help desk ticketing system (ConnectWise Manage)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced environment independently and remotely
  • Capacity to solve technical problems that don’t require advanced systems access and knowledge
