firstPro is looking for a Systems Analyst III for our client, an enterprise level organization with a strong foothold in the healthcare industry. This is a full-time 3-month contract, that is hybrid with offices being in the Philadelphia area. The candidate must be certified in myChart and have a deep understanding of myChart messaging. Additionally, the candidate must provide mentoring for 3 entry level analysts on the team. Applicant must be able to perform advanced system configuration changes and maintenance to support the lifecycle of the application. Systems Analyst III – Desired Qualifications

• Associates degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Business, Healthcare, or related subject matter
• 2+ years of experience working within a healthcare environment and within Information Systems
• Performs operational support, maintenance and system configuration as defined in departmental operating procedures.
• Identifies, analyzes, and resolves data and system issues of advanced complexity.
• Works independently and leads small teams in support of team initiatives and projects.
• Gathers requirements, develops specifications prepares and reviews documentation.
• May be required to travel to/from and work various customer locations, including patient care areas.
• Required: Epic myChart certification & COVID vaccination
