firstPRO is looking to fill a Technical Writer position for a client of ours in the food and gas industry. Logistically, this is a 3-month contract, with the candidate needing to be onsite 2 or 3 times a week in their Media PA office. Desired Qualifications/Job Duties-

• Bachelor’s Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Psychology, Information Technology, or a related field
• 12+ years’ experience in technical writing and managing KB articles in ServiceNow (New York, Orlando, Paris, or Quebec releases)
• Strong technical writing skills, ability to write technical procedures
• Technical background in IT Infrastructure (Networking preferred)
• Proficient in MS Visio, MS Word, MS Excel
• Nice to have; experience working on a tier1 or 2 network support team (NOC); Cisco certifications (CCT route/switch, CCNA); experience supporting or documenting SDWAN solutions
