firstPRO is seeking a qualified Technical Writer for our client, a large food and beverage organization located out of Pennsylvania.  They are seeking someone with strong experience in an IT Infrastructure background, writing and managing, knowledge base articles within ServiceNow.

• Compensation: $70 – $75/hour
• Type: Contract
• Schedule: Standard hours, Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
• 100% Remote or Hybrid

Requirements

• Someone familiar w/ SN (knowledge module)
• Strong technical writing skills, ability to write technical procedures
• Technical background in IT Infrastructure (Networking preferred)
• 12 years’ experience writing and managing KB articles in ServiceNow (New York, Orlando, Paris, or Quebec releases)
• Proficient in MS Visio, MS Word, MS Excel
• Experience working on a tier1 or 2 network support team (NOC)
• Cisco certifications (CCT route/switch, CCNA)
• Experience supporting or documenting SDWAN solutions
