Technical Service Representative (Training Onsite then 100% Remote)
Our client, a premier biotech company, is seeking an experienced technical service representative to join their team. This person will help customers troubleshoot issues of products and software via email and phone call.
Responsibility
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Achieve solutions to problems in a timely manner.
- Assist with trainings for customers and international distributors.
- Assist with sales department and customer service department.
- Write SOPs as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Food /Life Science
- 2 years of experience in a laboratory or technical sales position
- Foreign language skills in French, Spanish, Chinese and/or Japanese
