Our client, a premier biotech company, is seeking an experienced technical service representative to join their team. This person will help customers troubleshoot issues of products and software via email and phone call.


  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
  • Achieve solutions to problems in a timely manner.
  • Assist with trainings for customers and international distributors.
  • Assist with sales department and customer service department.
  • Write SOPs as needed.


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Food /Life Science
  • 2 years of experience in a laboratory or technical sales position
  • Foreign language skills in French, Spanish, Chinese and/or Japanese
