Service Desk Technician
firstPRO is seeking a Service Desk Technician who will be able to provide hands-on and remote, expert support to end users for computer, application, system, device, access, and hardware issues, and more! This is a 3-month contract position with local offices located in Conshohocken and Cherry Hill. Compensation for this role is $22/ hour.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of related experience in a Service Desk Technician role
- Must have access to a vehicle for travel between sites
- Knowledge of various Windows operating systems including Windows 10. Primarily from a desktop /laptop perspective.
- Knowledge of Mac OS, including Catalina and Big Sur.
- Working knowledge of MS Active Directory, and MS Office 365.
- Experience in support of end-user phones and peripherals issues from a Tier1 level.
