Opening for a Support Desk Technician in Philadelphia office. This position is responsible for providing 1st and 2nd level technical PC and applications support


• Advanced technical knowledge of PC and desktop hardware, including Windows 8 and Office 2013.

• Self-motivated and directed with the ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.

• Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.

• Technical knowledge of PC hardware with hands-on troubleshooting experience.

• Ability to read and understand technical manuals and procedural documentation.

Education & Certification:

• High School diploma is required.

• Certifications are a plus (Windows 8, Office 2013 preferred).
