· Plan, direct, and manage the daily operations of the IT infrastructure, QA, and Business Data Engineers.

· Adjust team priorities as needed to maintain business objectives and IT KPIs:

o Ensure the timely completion of all ticketswork orders (both helpdesk, QA, and reporting), meeting departmental service level objectives (SLOs).

o Monitor application performance and availability.

o Meet all Recovery Time Objectives (RTO’s) and Recovery Point Objectives (RPO’s).

· Collaborate with other departments to identify support needs.
