firstPRO inc. is looking for a Business Analyst to join our client's team in Camden, NJ. 

This is a full time direct hire position. Sorry, no sponsorship. US citizens and green card holders only. 

Hybrid set up. 3 days on site, 2 remote. 
Salary range between $80,000-$95,000.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for systems implementation, communications between the business and IT communities, defining and documenting requirements, systems testing, internal & external support and issue management and resolution.
• Assists in evaluating and proposing solutions that maximize existing investments and drive business value across departments and partner channels. Analyze and clearly articulate possible solutions.
• Develops comprehensive understanding of business processes, define as-is/to-be business models and build strong working rapport with business users.
• Articulates business and functional requirements into technical deliverables.
• Acts as liaison to the business throughout project lifecycle to ensure requirements and project goals are satisfied by delivered IT software applications.
• Identifies, tracks escalating issues and risks to project IT/Business Stakeholders in a timely manner.
• Creates functional design documents and process flow diagrams.
• Explores innovative solutions while maintaining focus on customer satisfaction.
• Assists in expanding enterprise capabilities in marketing, using a best-of-breed IT approach, integrating existing Enterprise solutions and legacy systems.
• Ability to train non-experienced and experienced end-users on system usage, both in writing and verbally. 

SKILLS AND ABILITIES

• Possess extensive business analysis experience.
• Communicates effectively utilizing strong presentation and written skills.
• Able to translate complex information into common terms.
• Demonstrates a strong ability to understand, analyze and solve business problems.
• Demonstrate strong organization and administration skills.
• Must be a self-starter, able to work independently and take initiative to find solutions for business requirements.
• Able to excel in building relationships with the business users.
• Ability to read and understand basic SQL is a plus.
• Experience with digital marketing is a plus.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:   BA/BS in Computer Science, MIS, or similar degree; 4-6 years of related experience supporting business and IT initiatives.
