firstPRO is seeking a qualified ServiceNow CMDB Lead for our client, a large convenient store chain located out of Pennsylvania. They are seeking someone with strong experience in developing procedures and processes to maintain data quality, which will be used for continuing configuration data management, discovery, and mapping.

Job Details
- Compensation: $85 – $90/hour
- Hybrid
- Type: Rolling Contract
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Job Responsibilities
- This will include performing data maintenance, data change reconciliation, data quality audits, and troubleshooting of problems encountered in the automated discovery process
- They will also be involved in the development of procedures and process to maintain data quality which will be used for continuing configuration data management CMDB, discovery and mapping Assist the MTA IT staff in the integration/ field mapping and reconciliation of data from various HAM/SAM discovery tools and ad hoc loads in the configuration management module
- Assist with audits of CMDB data to ensure that the data is accurate
- Assist with maintaining/managing CMDB data which is not discoverable by automated tools
- Assist with tasks related to implementing ITAM (ServiceNow) in the Wawa environment
- Assist in developing, modifying, and configuring reports, dashboards, and outputs associated with the change, configuration, discovery, and mapping functions
Job Requirements
- Familiarity with Automated Discovery tools and their error logs
- Experience maintaining a Configuration Management DataBase (CMDB)
- Experience with the ServiceNow application and specifically the modules relating to Discovery, management of Configuration items, and Change Management
- Detailed understanding of, and experience with, ITIL processes
