firstPRO is seeking a qualified Hybrid Sr. IT Manager (Dynamics) for our client, a large health organization located out of Pennsylvania. They are seeking someone that has experience in establishing and ensuring that business objectives are obtained, as well as service levels for the support/project team are met.

- Compensation: $65-$70/hour with benefits (Health, Dental, Vision)

- Schedule: Standard hours, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Job Responsibilities
- Works with business units, scopes and designs functional solutions for project and enhancement requests.
- Works with technical staff to develop technical specifications that effectively meet project and enhancement requirements.
- Manages assigned IT projects to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope of project.
- Develops, maintains, and revises proposals for assigned projects including project objectives, technologies, systems, information specifications, timelines, funding, and staffing.
- Sets and tracks project milestones; manages and accounts for unforeseen delays, then realigns schedules and expectations as needed.
- Establishes and implements project communication plans, providing status updates to affected staff and stakeholders.
- Collects, analyzes, and summarizes information and trends as needed to prepare project status reports.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Job Requirements

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Thorough understanding of project management principles and planning, including scope management, time management, communications management, human resource management, cost management, quality management, risk management, procurement management, and project integration management.
- Thorough understanding of information technology procedures and practices including and iterative SDLC process, release planning and management, risk mitigation, and QA practices including test planning that covers functional testing, integration testing, regression testing and user acceptance testing.
- Proficient with, or able to quickly become proficient with, a range of general and specialized applications, software, and hardware used in the organization and the industry.
- Proficient with project management tools including planning software (i.e., MS Project) and project control software (i.e., JIRA, MS DevOps)
- Experience with Microsoft Enterprise applications – ideally Dynamics 365
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Ability to motivate groups of people to complete a project in a timely manner.
