firstPRO is seeking a qualified Technical Business Analyst for our client, a financial organization located out of Pennsylvania. They are seeking someone with experience in Power BI and facilitating workshops for alignment, ideation, and iteration, for small and large groups.

Job Details

• Compensation: $70 – $75/hour with benefits (Health, Dental, Vision)
• Type: Contract
• Location: Philadelphia, PA
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM

Job Responsibilities

• Develop senior relationships to gain a deep understanding of the innovative business and design experiences and map to technology processes and systems/services
• Embed a Human Centered Design approach in the team’s ways of working produce customer journey maps, flowcharts, process maps, wireframes and prototypes for testing and validation
• Develop user stories within the defined documentation framework take ownership by starting from ground zero to own, define and support our solutions
• Collaborate with colleagues across the globe and deliver solutions to support our global business
• Work with the scrum team and business users to ensure solution quality Qualifications, Experience and Mindset

Job Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience in analysis of scalable, enterprise applications
  a collaborative attitude, bringing excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• PowerBI strongly preferred
• Adept at engaging, collaborating, and influencing people at all levels and areas
  entrepreneurial, highly motivated, and self-directed with a strong delivery mindset
• Experience working in an agile team using story mapping, task flows, needs analysis and prioritization
