firstPRO is seeking a qualified Hybrid Technical Business Analyst for our client, a health organization located out of Pennsylvania. They are seeking someone with experience in creating and maintaining systems for customer’s CRM system and all APIs/other data.

  • Compensation: $58 – $60/hour with benefits (Health, Dental, Vision), Weekly Pay
  • Type: Contract to Hire
  • Location: Philadelphia, PA
  • Hybrid
  • Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

 

Job Responsibilities

  • This is role a combination Business Analyst and Systems Analyst. Requirements for this position include:
  • Combination BA and Systems Analyst to gather and document requirements, develop requirements into specifications, and work closely with development teams throughout build cycle to make sure delivery is exactly as needed
  • Analyze current systems capabilities and identify gaps and needs for fixes and new development
  • Can document business and functional requirements using process and data flows, business logic and rules, use cases and stories
  • Able to do functional and non-functional testing prior to any UAT and/or release
  • Understand the system wide and function-wide implications of any change as part of analysis to develop specifications or solutions to problems
  • Grow to become the system SME
  • Participate in user request, trouble ticket and incident management as a main contributor and solutions designer
  • Able to perform SQL queries in support of analysis and troubleshooting

  • Experience with Systems Analysis | UAT | SQL | Triage.
