firstPRO is seeking a qualified IT Systems and Telecom Administrator for our client, a financial institution based out of Delaware. They are seeking someone that will be responsible for all aspects of the system and application management lifecycle for a Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise environment and supporting third party business solutions

Job Details

  • Compensation: $60 – $65/hour with benefits (Health, Dental, Vision), Weekly pay
  • Type: Contract to hire
  • 100% Remote
  • Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM


Job Responsibilities

  • Provide coordination and support during planning, design, and servicing of communication and business systems
  • Responsible for daily troubleshooting of voice and system related issues impacting end users
  • Responsible for new client voice configurations including call treatment, routing, and outbound dialer campaigns
  • Coordinate and perform ongoing server administration, software maintenance and solution upgrades
  • Completion of end user onboarding/offboarding tasks for voice environment.
  • Assist in larger team, departmental, or corporate projects and take ownership of small to mid-size projects
  • Develop and refresh documentation supporting the contact center and installed third-party solutions
  • Strong willingness to learn new technologies and ability to independently research


Job Requirements

  • Experience in administration of Cisco PBX and VoiP solutions
  • Experience in configuration and management
  • Experience in troubleshooting call quality and connectivity issues
  • Experience in server and third-party application installation and management within a Microsoft server environment
  • Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
