firstPRO is seeking a Service Desk Director to fill an opportunity with our Health Services client in west Philadelphia. This position is hybrid and will be on-site 2-3 days out of the week. Sorry but this position is only open to U.S. Citizens or Green Card holders, no sponsorship is available.

In this position you will provide strategic leadership for the Information(I) & Communication(C) Tech Department in setting goals; as well as providing direction to enable the company to achieve its strategic business objectives in the application and use of I & C technologies.

Responsibilities include:

  • Align IT risk management within IT productivity objectives
  • Manage outsourced services
  • Select and control IT providers
  • Control performance objectives and overall IT budget
  • Align the IT team with enterprise performance objectives

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree in computer information systems
  • 5+ years of management experience
  • Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC)
  • Certified Information Security Manager (CISM)/Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
  • Citrix Certified Associate – Networking (CCA-N)
  • VMware Certified Professional 6 – Data Center Virtualization (VCP6-DCV)
  • Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) Routing and Switching
