firstPRO is seeking a qualified Onsite UCaaS Technician for our client, a large technology consulting firm based out of Pennsylvania. They are seeking someone with experience or knowledge of Ring Central UCaaS or something equivalent (CISCO, 8×8)

Job Details

  • Compensation: $50 – $55/hour with benefits (Health, Dental, Vision), Weekly Pay
  • Type: Contract
  • Onsite
  • Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Move Add and Changes and deletions (provisioning).
  • Serve as a dispatcher role, like if Ring Central must send someone out, this person would coordinate getting them access.
  • Triage and level 1 troubleshooting.
  • Take work direction from the client.
  • The triage process is defined by Cannon’s client.

 

Job Requirements

  • Knowledge of Ring Central UCaaS or something equivalent (CISCO, 8×8)
  • Experience providing provisioning, initial troubleshooting and coordinating dispatches to locations as needed
