firstPRO is seeking a qualified Hybrid Help Desk Support Specialist for our client, a large IT consulting organization located out of Pennsylvania. They are seeking someone that has experience in resolving level 1 and 2 client requests.

Job Details

  • Compensation: Up to $30/hour with benefits (Health, Dental, Vision)

  • Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Respond to IT Help Desk requests by telephone, email, remote access, and deskside.
  • Track all end-user support activities through the IT Department’s helpdesk platform.
  • Diagnoses and resolves problems associated with firm applications including email, document management, Microsoft Office, and various legal applications.
  • Participate in a rotating on-call schedule that involves after hours and weekend support and availability requiring remote access and telephone coverage.
  • Works as part of the IT Support Team, providing premiere customer service and support to all end-users, internal and external.
  • Occasionally visit remote offices to provide onsite assistance and support tasks as needed.

 

Job Requirements

  • At least two years’ experience working in a IT support role, preferably in a law firm environment.
  • Must have advanced knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, desktop/laptop hardware, mobile devices.
  • Prefer knowledge of working with videoconferencing equipment, document management systems, printers, mobile device management, Citrix
