IT Systems Analyst
Hiring for an IT Analyst to be the first line of response to customer technical service requests placed by phone, E-mail, or ticketing system. This role will be the first point of contact within the support team and will provide customer resolution. If they are unable to handle a request, they’re expected to escalate it to senior team members. This is a hybrid role with four days on-site and one remote, and offers an annual salary between $70-75,000.
Expectations:
- Configure laptop workstations and Apple mobile phones for deployment to end user
- Update/patch/manage imaging of laptops, mobile phones, iPads, and other hardware as needed
- Provide support for VOIP phones, printers, fax machines, Wi-Fi-boosters, and other company hardware as needed
- Familiarity with Active Directory, Microsoft O365 Admin Center support, remote support, remote desktop, domain controllers, backups, VPN, network support, docking stations, etc. preferred
- Basic understanding of Windows server support, CPU, logical disk, and monitoring preferred
- Troubleshoot workstation hardware and software issues for local and remote users
Skills/Education:
- 5+ years of IT helpdesk support experience
- Associates or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university highly preferred. (A+, MCP, or MCSA certifications preferred as well)
- Active Directory
- Office 365 support and administration & SCCM administration
- Knowledge of basic networking (DHCP, DNS, IP addressing)
- Strong knowledge of common configuration of operating systems with emphasis on Windows 10 required. Experience with Mac, iPhone/Android devices, and Server 2012/2016/2019 helpful
- Experience installing and troubleshooting common business applications, including PDF readers, QuickBooks, web-based applications, etc.
- Experience using common IT tools, including TeamViewer, VNC, Remote Desktop, ticketing systems, anti-virus, backup solutions, etc.
