Job Details
- Compensation: Up to $35/hour with benefits (Health, Dental, Vision), Weekly Pay
- Type: Contract
- Hybrid
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Job Responsibilities
- Support and maintain end user computer systems
- Image and deploy end user computer systems
- Maintain end user computer equipment inventory
- Assist and track procurement process for end user equipment
- Utilize ticketing system to track and document end user computer problems
- Collaborate with other internal IT teams including network, application, governance
Job Requirements
- 3 to 5 years desktop support experience in an enterprise environment
- Experience with Active Directory account management
- Ability to prioritize and respond to trouble tickets
- Effective customer service and communication skills
- Experience with variety of platforms to include Windows, IOS, Android and Linux
