Help Desk Analyst
firstPRO is seeking a Help Desk Analyst role for our client, who has a strong foothold in the healthcare industry. Candidates must live within a commutable distance from the location in Reading, PA, as they will be asked to be on-site from time to time for trainings and on an as-needed basis. This is a contract-to-hire position, with the expectation to be contracted for three months before converting to be a full time employee with our client. Compensation for this role is up to $25/ hour, based on experience.
Qualifications:

- Knowledge of ticketing systems

- Mobile Device Support
