firstPRO is seeking a qualified Hybrid Service Desk Analyst for our client, a large technical consulting organization based out of Pennsylvania. They are seeking someone with experience in troubleshooting/diagnosing hardware issues.

Job Details

  • Compensation: Up to $32/hour with weekly pay
  • Type: Contract to Hire
  • Hybrid
  • Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Job Responsibilities

  • Install and configure computer systems and applications within the organization.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and assist in troubleshooting and resolving challenges.
  • Actively update, maintain, and monitor all aspects of computer networks.
  • Resolve technical issues related to network interruptions.
  • Attending in-person meetings with clients to analyze, troubleshoot and diagnose hardware problems.
  • Maintain a working log detailed all required system updates, as well as the date of completion.
  • Organize and file documentation pertaining to warranties and instructional guides for computer hardware.
  • Assist management in creating training materials pertaining to computer troubleshooting and usage.
  • Asset management/inventory and related duties.

Job Requirements

  • 2-5 years’ experience in a Service Desk or related role
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Experience in Office 365
  • Experience in Network Analysis/Maintenance
