firstPRO is seeking a qualified Hybrid Service Desk Analyst for our client, a large technical consulting organization based out of Pennsylvania. They are seeking someone with experience in troubleshooting/diagnosing hardware issues.

Job Details
- Compensation: Up to $32/hour with weekly pay
- Type: Contract to Hire

- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Job Responsibilities
- Install and configure computer systems and applications within the organization.
- Respond to customer inquiries and assist in troubleshooting and resolving challenges.
- Actively update, maintain, and monitor all aspects of computer networks.
- Resolve technical issues related to network interruptions.
- Attending in-person meetings with clients to analyze, troubleshoot and diagnose hardware problems.
- Maintain a working log detailed all required system updates, as well as the date of completion.
- Organize and file documentation pertaining to warranties and instructional guides for computer hardware.
- Assist management in creating training materials pertaining to computer troubleshooting and usage.
- Asset management/inventory and related duties.
Job Requirements
- 2-5 years’ experience in a Service Desk or related role
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience in Office 365
- Experience in Network Analysis/Maintenance
