Job Details

• Compensation: Up to $70/hour with benefits (Health, Dental, Vision), Weekly Pay

• Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM

Job Responsibilities

• Work in a Hybrid environment 50% at Philadelphia Office and remote.
• Responsible for the continuous availability of global infrastructure, core applications, and key services using Microsoft solutions on-premises, Cloud (O365 / Azure), and Virtual environment.
• Maintain, configure, and manage the reliable operation of cloud and data center infrastructures, including firewalls, networks, email, antivirus software, servers, and other physical and virtual systems.
• Monitor and respond to security or usability concerns in support of HQ, regional offices, and field staff infrastructure needs.
• Administrate databases, malware protection software, and other processes.
• Develops procedures to maintain security and protect systems from unauthorized use, acts of nature, and user abuse.
• Upgrade systems and processes as required for enhanced functionality and security issue resolution.
• Contribute to and implementation of disaster recovery plans.
• Manage the configuration and operation of client-based computer operating systems.

Job Requirements

• 5 – 7 years’ experience in information technology including 5 years’ experience supporting complex business information systems environment.
• Extensive experience with Microsoft 365 products, AAD, AD Sync, Conditional Access, Azure services, Intune, and ATP Administration.
• Experience with Microsoft 2012 R2 SP1/2016/2019/2022 System Center Configuration Manager, GPO policies PowerShell Scripting, and SCCM Packaging and Patch Deployment.
• Experience working with Pure Storage, Wasabi Cloud Storage, Komprise Data Management, Dell PowerEdge, Compellent SAN Storage, Dell Open-manage/IT Assistant, Remote Server Service with iDRAC, and Remote Interface Boards.
• Extensive experience working in a Hyper-V and VMware environment.
• Experience working with load balancing and clustering technologies.
•  Experience with SolarWinds configuration and monitoring.
• Experience working on Exchange 2013 or higher.
• Advanced experience with Power shell scripting.
• Datto, Veeam, and Cohesity Backup.
• Microsoft Windows Server release services such as Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and SMB Shares.
• LAN, WAN, and WLAN support, including concepts and experience with IPv4, DNS, DHCP, MAC Addresses, VLANs, etc.
