firstPRO is seeking a qualified Technical Client Support Specialist for our client, a large institution based out of New Jersey. They are seeking someone with experience in MAC/Windows OS, Active Directory, and ServiceNow.

Job Details
- Compensation: Up to $33/hour with benefits offered (Health, Dental, Vision), Weekly Pay
- Type: Contract (6 + months)
- 100% Onsite
- Schedule: 8:45 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday
Job Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot operating systems, and not just wipe/replace computers.
- Resolve level 2-3 desktop support issues relating to MAC OS.
- Resolve application issues.
- Troubleshoot WiFi issues with the access point.
Job Requirements
- 1-3 years’ experience in a Desktop Support role.
- Experience with MACOS and IOS devices is a must.
- Experience with Active Directory is a must.
- Experience with ServiceNow
- Familiarity with Jamf
- An understanding of an enterprise-wide network.
