firstPRO is seeking a qualified Technical Client Support Specialist for our client, a large institution based out of New Jersey. They are seeking someone with experience in MAC/Windows OS, Active Directory, and ServiceNow.

Job Details

  • Compensation: Up to $33/hour with benefits offered (Health, Dental, Vision), Weekly Pay
  • Type: Contract (6 + months)
  • 100% Onsite
  • Schedule: 8:45 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday

Job Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot operating systems, and not just wipe/replace computers.
  • Resolve level 2-3 desktop support issues relating to MAC OS.
  • Resolve application issues.
  • Troubleshoot WiFi issues with the access point.

Job Requirements

  • 1-3 years’ experience in a Desktop Support role.
  • Experience with MACOS and IOS devices is a must.
  • Experience with Active Directory is a must.
  • Experience with ServiceNow
  • Familiarity with Jamf
  • An understanding of an enterprise-wide network.
