Technical Support Specialist
firstPRO is seeking a Technical Client Support Specialist for our client, a renowned educational organization in the Princeton, NJ area. This is a 6-month contract role, and it requires a 100% onsite presence, so candidates will need to live within a commutable distance to be considered. Compensation for this role is up to $30/ hr., based on experience.
Requirements:
- 3 years of IT support experience
- Strong Apple (MacOS & iOS) support skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to troubleshoot and understand operating systems.
- Familiarity with JAMF.
- Understanding of enterprise-wide networks.
- Experience with hardware and software troubleshooting for end users of differing levels of technical acumen.
