The Salesforce Developers will be responsible for analyzing the processes in the company, designing the CRM functionality to support business requirements while adhering to Salesforce ‘Best Practices’.
- Support business requirements and deal with all the CRM needs of the organization
- Ensuring the CRM architectural design works across various company platforms (Integration feeds)
- Provide customized solutions using the Salesforce platform
- Take care of requirement gatherings, produce functional analysis and facilitate customer workshops, etc.
- Communicate with different project managers, clients, technicians and ensure efficient participation in all the different phases of development from testing to maintenance.
- Troubleshoot any bugs or attacks in the system
- Create various timelines and development goals.
- Providing training to other junior developers and managing them to process tasks efficiently
- Work with various internal teams, including promotions, project improvements, and tasks to ensure that Salesforce status supports internal requirements by identifying usefulness and fulfillment.
- Application development for other peer developers
- Responsible for updating and making changes to already existing applications or making new ones according to client needs.
- Reviewing peer code and providing feedback
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline (preferred).
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II (preferred)
- Minimum of 3-5 years of salesforce developer experience
- Proficiency in various database scripting languages like MYSQL, Apex, Native, VisualForce
- Knowledge of Jitterbit and Copado preferred
- Well-versed with the Lightning framework
- Sound understanding of Industry best practices for sales application solutions
- In-depth knowledge of salesforce products and their functionalities.
- Must be an effective communicator, both written and oral, across all levels of the organization, including users, developers and management
- Knowledge about Software Development Life Cycle models
- Have a driving passion for innovative solutions and can deliver practical, sustainable results
