firstPRO is seeking a qualified Desktop Support Analyst for our client, a large manufacturer based out of Pennsylvania. They are seeking someone with experience in Windows Imaging, O365, and MDM.

Job Details
- Compensation: Up to $53/hour W2 with benefits offered (Health, Dental, Vision), Weekly Pay
- Type: Contract to Hire
- Onsite
- Schedule: Monday though Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Job Responsibilities
- Perform endpoint configuration associated with the building, deploying, and supporting of client desktops and application configurations.
- Responsible for the administration of on-prem and cloud software and hardware configuration management tools and other patch deployment tools, anti-virus configuration.
Job Requirements
- At least 3 years of law firm experience
- At least 3 years developing Windows desktop images.
- Creation and integration of application packages including Office 365
- Participation in upgrades and migrations of client operating systems and applications
- Management and troubleshooting of OS patches and software updates on endpoints.
- Creation and maintenance of Windows images
- Configuration of anti-virus and anti-malware programs
- Creation of reports using various inventory tools
- Remediation of IT security findings
- Provided second level support to the Help Desk
- PDF tools for legal documents
- MDM Mobile devices
