Data Analyst
firstPRO is seeking a detail oriented and skilled ServiceNow Data Analyst to join our client’s team for a critical data migration and cleanup project. The project involves rectifying data discrepancies resulting from a rapid migration process, ensuring accurate data entry into the Nuvolo system, and collaborating with stakeholders to enhance data standardization and reporting capabilities. This is a 3–6-month contract position that will require a hybrid presence in their facility in Berwyn, PA. Compensation it up to $30/hr., based on experience.
Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive data analysis and reconciliation to identify inaccuracies and inconsistencies from a previous data migration project.
- Collaborate with the team to accurately enter assets and equipment data into the Nuvolo system, focusing on standardization and compliance with best practices.
- Execute data cleansing tasks by identifying and correcting errors in asset schedules, types, and categories within the Nuvolo platform.
- Utilize advanced Excel skills to manage, manipulate, and present data effectively, ensuring high-quality outputs.
- Assist in creating and maintaining detailed documentation of data entry processes, standards, and procedures.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst with a strong background in data entry, reconciliation, and data quality improvement.
- Proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions and formulas.
- Familiarity with SQL for data querying and manipulation (preferred but not mandatory).
- Prior exposure to ServiceNow is advantageous; experience with Nuvolo is a plus.
- Knowledge of biomedical equipment and clinical devices is a bonus.
- Demonstrated ability to handle heavy data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data standardization.
- Understanding of hospital operations and equipment management is desirable.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new database management tools and concepts.
- Experience in working on data migration projects and collaborating with administrators to create dashboards.
