Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive data analysis and reconciliation to identify inaccuracies and inconsistencies from a previous data migration project.
• Collaborate with the team to accurately enter assets and equipment data into the Nuvolo system, focusing on standardization and compliance with best practices.
• Execute data cleansing tasks by identifying and correcting errors in asset schedules, types, and categories within the Nuvolo platform.
• Utilize advanced Excel skills to manage, manipulate, and present data effectively, ensuring high-quality outputs.
• Assist in creating and maintaining detailed documentation of data entry processes, standards, and procedures.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Data Analyst with a strong background in data entry, reconciliation, and data quality improvement.
• Proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions and formulas.
• Familiarity with SQL for data querying and manipulation (preferred but not mandatory).
• Prior exposure to ServiceNow is advantageous; experience with Nuvolo is a plus.
• Knowledge of biomedical equipment and clinical devices is a bonus.
• Demonstrated ability to handle heavy data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data standardization.
• Understanding of hospital operations and equipment management is desirable.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new database management tools and concepts.
• Experience in working on data migration projects and collaborating with administrators to create dashboards.
