Job Title – Customer Service Representative

Location – Bensalem, PA. Onsite

Hours – Monday – Friday, 8am- 4:30pm.

This is a full-time permanent opportunity with benefits.

The Customer Service Representative will provide product information, answer calls, and resolve all problems that customers face.

Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming phone calls
• Generate sales leads
• Handle customer complaints

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• Proven customer service experience
• CRM familiarity
