Support Engineer
firstPro is seeking a Software Support Engineer with a desire to learn, a focus on collaboration, excellent technical skills, and communications skills.
Responsibilities:
- Provide support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of Information Technology (IT) systems hosting the organization’s Software Suite.
- Manage IT system infrastructure and any processes related to these systems.
- Provide support to IT systems including day-to-day operations, monitoring and problem resolution for implementations
- Provide support for the ticketing system and remain involved in the resolution process.
- Familiarity with Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server Databases
- Familiarity with AWS and Azure Cloud Environments
- Ability to work well with others and contribute to team success
- Ability to think critically and analyze problems to remediate issues in internal and customer IT environments
- Some travel required
Required Skills:
- 4-year or 2-year college degree in computer or business-related field
- 3+ years of System Admin experience
- 2+ years of Linux experience
- Knowledge of Oracle and/or SQL databases
- Experience with Helpdesk concepts and processes
