Job Responsibilities

• MDM Mastery: Utilize your expertise in MDM solutions, particularly Microsoft Intune and other MDM platforms like Workspace ONE. We value experience in managing multiple MDM solutions and a strong familiarity with Knox mobile enrollment.
• Technology Vision: Beyond day-to-day operations, bring a forward-thinking vision to our mobile technology landscape. Stay updated on the latest tech trends and innovations, with a focus on augmented reality and other emerging technologies.
• Project Execution: Treat each device deployment as a mini or major project. From the moment a new device is handed to us, guide the process of turning it into a fully functional, secure, and efficient tool.
• Cross-Platform Proficiency: You must possess expertise in both Android and macOS environments, ensuring seamless integration and management across platforms.
• Tech Focus: While the primary focus is on mobile technology, this role requires a broader technical perspective. You'll be encouraged to explore and implement tech solutions beyond the mobile domain, enhancing our overall IT capabilities.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Extensive experience in Mobile Device Management (MDM), with a strong command of Microsoft Intune and other MDM solutions.
• Familiarity with Knox mobile enrollment and Android enterprise features.

• Proven ability to proactively identify and adopt emerging technologies and trends.
• Project management skills to handle device deployment as well as major tech initiatives.
• Proficiency in both Android and macOS operating systems.
• A passion for technology and a strategic mindset to drive innovation.
